Head of Brand & Marketing

We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Brand & Marketing to lead strategy and execution across our three direct-to-consumer supplement brands: FutureYou Cambridge, GP Nutrition and Prime Fifty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver brand and marketing strategy to drive growth, awareness and acquisition.
  • Lead and inspire a team, fostering positivity, collaboration and high performance.
  • Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency and creativity across all channels.
  • Drive acquisition while supporting retention, with a focus on ROI and multi-channel growth.
  • Manage campaigns, budgets and agencies, bringing fresh ideas and hands-on energy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure compliance in a challenging, regulated sector.

About You

  • Proven senior marketing experience, ideally including brand leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinker with a hands-on, multi-channel background.
  • Confident, energetic leader able to inspire teams through change.
  • Commercially minded, with experience of subscription/D2C/retail businesses (desirable).
  • Open to innovation, from events and networking to new technologies and AI.
